4. Fibula _ prothèse tibiale biomécanique

    Arthur Boniface, César Jimenez, Marine Fontaine sous la direction de Jean François Dingjian et Laurent Greslin              En analysant l'anatomie du pied et le rôle spécifique de chaque élément tels que les os, muscles et tendons, nous avons entrepris de reproduire le complexe tibial pour concevoir une prothèse imitant le mouvement naturel du pied pendant la marche. Ce complexe biomécanique se compose d'un tube simulant le tibia et d'un deuxième tube représentant la fibula, relié à la cheville agissant comme un amortisseur. De plus, nous recréons les interactions musculo-tendineuses à l'aide d'élastomères et d'une sangle, permettant, par compression et tension, un déroulement naturel du pied.

            By analysing the anatomy of the foot and the specific role of each element such as bones, muscles and tendons, we set out to reproduce the tibial complex in order to design a prosthesis mimicking the natural movement of the foot during walking. This biomechanical complex consists of a tube simulating the tibia and a second tube representing the fibula, connected to the ankle acting as a shock absorber. In addition, we recreate the musculo-tendinous interactions using elastomers and a strap, allowing, through compression and tension, a natural rolling motion of the foot.
